Agencies may create free listings on FindAIPartner. The Verified badge indicates that our team has manually reviewed the agency's legitimacy — it does not guarantee the quality of services or project outcomes. Featured placement is a paid promotion, always clearly labeled and separate from organic rankings.

5. Scoring & Rankings

Our scoring framework uses publicly documented factors to rank agencies. Organic rankings are never influenced by payment. FindAIPartner reserves the right to modify the scoring methodology at any time to improve quality and fairness.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on FindAIPartner — including text, design, logos, and scoring methodology — is owned by FindAIPartner. Agency listing content is owned by the respective agencies. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

FindAIPartner provides information to facilitate decision-making but does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any agency or tool listed. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from engagements between buyers and agencies found through our platform. Users should conduct their own due diligence.

8. Termination
